The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually if it's just one item you are purchasing, I can have it shipped out in 1-2 business days. If you are ordering more than one product it can be shipped out in a maximum of three business days. If you need this processing time to be expedited, please contact me and I will do my absolute best to accommodate you.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on your location and the shipping method in which you would like your product shipped. If you are within the United States, rates will be cheaper than those having a product shipped Internationally. I never make any money off of shipping, so rest assured I am happy to accommodate your shipping needs. Contact me if you would like a shipping estimate to your country. I'm happy to work with you to use your preferred shipping method.

Estimated shipping times 

United States: 2 Day Priority mail. If you prefer a slower or faster shipping method contact me and I will ensure you get your item when you want it.

Outside of the US: Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you prefer, but keep in mind shipping times will be longer due to the distance. I am of course happy to work with you and have it shipped and delivered to you in the most timely manner possible.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers that are outside of the US are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy

At this time, no returns, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted. This is a very small shop and products can't be replicated. I do my best to ensure your package is sent in the most protective packaging and insured in the event of loss. Photos will be taken of the product being packaged and when it is shipped to give you peace of mind that your product is being sent properly.

If your package and product arrives damaged, please send me pictures immediately. Each case will be assessed on an individual basis. I will do my absolute best to work with you and find a solution.
